Mountain Woodworks offers two main shipping options at checkout – Standard or Express Shipping. Overnight services may be provided upon request; contact us for a quote on 0478769728. We utilize a variety of freight carriers, such as Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please & Toll. Depending on weight, size & destination, an alternate shipping method may be used - e.g. TNT Express instead of Australia Express Post for larger items. Every package is traceable, and customers will receive updates on the delivery status as they are shipped. Maximum shipping size for Australia Post is 105cm and 22kg. Anything above these measurements will be directed towards courier. Pickup in store is available, though if the order exceeds 50kg we must use a forklift to load. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to dispatch, though during peak times (ex. Christmas, Easter, etc.) transit times can be longer.
